Ok good. I just worry because cats like to hide illness and I didnt know till recently.

Just a warning but cats with fip should be quarantined from other cats.

Did vet give allergy shot. May beallergic to food or fleas.

Please check it could be fip because it causes bloating and imbalance. I dont want to upset you but I would want to be sure

I am sorry to hear. Maybe you should seek second opinion. My vet told me my cat had fip and she did not. Possibly get ultrasound of stimach. There us a test for the virus b4 fip but not fip.hope this helps

Simetimes it can me car is in distress but it also could be okay. Is your cat displaying any other symptoms

Thanks for the reply. It has been four months. I did clean but I know I havent reached every place the cat went. It just freaks me out and I still worry becayse I heard some parasites live indefinitely

Please try to get diagnosis of why that infection occurred. It could be many things possibly fip. Just wanted to keep you aware. Best wishes for your cat.

Does anyone know how long feline parasites live outside the body? My one cat passed away and I am not sure from what and I don't want my other cat to get it. If you have any information please let me know.

I am still torturing myself over this decision. Not to offend anyone but I do not like yhe idea of cremation or rhe idea of process of freeze drying. I want her to be at peace in death. I just would hate regretting burying her and tgab regretting later. I dont know if freeze drying would make me...

The benefit to freeze drying pet would be that I would be able to see and touch my cat again. Once she is in ground. I can no longer do that. I know it may sound weird. I just don't know if I should put her body through the process of freeze drying and it is very costly so if it doesn't work out...

Also, my cat had seizures and I think with them the move around on floor where as I don't think with a stroke they would.

There is seizure medication you could check into. Just make sure of the side effects. I hope your cat is okay. I would do research on medicine. I have a problem putting my complete trust in some vets now. Best Wishes.
