Did they actually culture the urine for bacteria to see if he actually has an infection? It's a separate test than the basic urinalysis and it generally takes a couple days to get results back since they have to try and grow the bacteria. Does he still have crystals showing up in his urinalysis...

It's easy you just slide the collar into the little gap on both sides of the tag.
