UPDATE: Actually looks like the Cat Attract may have worked!! Grey just jumped in there on his own, did some bid-ness, and splashed around in the new litter for about 10 minutes afterwards. Black joined him in the small box and they don't seem to mind sharing either.  Going to buy a broom now...
