This is not uncommon.   We had one girl that would empty the water dish.  Try raising the water dish up off the floor by a few inches.  It helped us.

It's a dosing guide on the Fanciers Health list.  Unfortunately, I can't download it.  I always give a big syringe full of water after dosing to make sure it goes all the way down.

It is most likely Pyometra.  An infection of the uterus.  She needs to see the vet and get spayed asap.  They will prescribe Anitbiotics and it should clear up.  As mentioned it appears to be open Pyometra which isn't as dangerous but very serious.  Please take her asap!
