My little one spents quite some time alone as i am gone for half of the day,but she has food,water and toys but probably just sleeps a lot in lack of ocupation.Afterall,cats sleep for half of their lives or so.

You should try rapeing him in a blanket without hurting him.It usually works,he might be angry at you afterwards but it's pass

The faucet..no..she is afraid of it!she hates going near it.And i change it twice a day,so that couldn't be the problem.

Sometimes it's better to leave them inside.It can do more harm if you try to take them out.As for poisining,most pellets used in air compressed weapons are made of softer materials like aluminium or other light material.They will hopefully just be absorbed by the body.

What local policy controll?We barely treat humas rightfully and with respect(trust me) As far as animals.People take care of then cuz they stick around them.Al least dogs do,cats to little. We don't have that sorta policy to register your animal after you have bought it. Oh well...
