Xavi just gets a pill once or twice a day. Luckily he is easy to pill. But the vet told me that if it worsens we would consider a kitty-inhaler. I've never seen one but I can only imagine trying to get him to sit still for that!!

Another option is to check with your vet. The vet techs at mine will do home visits (food, meds, playtime) for $25 per visit. Much cheaper than boarding and less stressful for the cats and me!! And I feel better knowing that they can recognize any potential medical issues that could arise.
