Bita - Hang in there and keep at it.  Cats are really good at fending for themselves and keeping themselves hidden and it takes time and patience to get sightings of these guys.  It is so distressing to hear that ANYone can torture ANY animal.  I sincerely hope you can get your baby back safe...
