She hasn't drank the KMR, I'm just going to keep a bowl down to offer her, she's still twitching occasionally, but seems settled enough x

They are all unique in there own way... one has a half and half face, one has a black diamond, one is completely white with a little black and last is tabby tiger x

Thankyou for your reply, No she isn't panting as much since she has eaten and drank the KMR I'm going to give her another bowl in a few hours so it's a regular thing, all kittens are so lovely and content.
