Update: the bumps went away on their own without going into the vet... however, I don't recommend that others take this chance without going in at least once or by your own judegement. Have no idea what these really were.
I feel you may be somewhat right. The next time I go to that clinic, I'll be asking to see the other vet there as I heard good things about him. Once again, the bumps appeared and left. He's now bumpless... for now.

The vet hasn't diagnosed my cat with anything yet because back when I first took him, Miso wouldn't even let himself be touched.. ha. I'm hoping this photo will help with diagnosis. I'll look into it possibly being herpes though. Thanks!
