My first guess is that it is something she smells that is from outdoors. When you came home again she smelled it again.  She does not like it.  They smell soooooo much more and better than we could ever imagine.

Yes.  And again today. I am starting to think that I have lost the negotiations. As soon as she hears the bathroom door open, she does not miss a beat and there she is. Perhaps she will become bored with the routine. It's all I can hope for now.

sums it up.  She's back.  I love this cat so much, tried to show her out and had to open the door and there she is again.  I can't bear to shut her out, but like I was saying we have to try to reach a compromise. Luckily I'm done in ther for the day so she can enjoy her chair. Who knows...
