My husband and I adopted two siblings last year from the shelter and they both have digestive issues.  One had a biopsy done when she was getting spayed and she has IBD.  We assume the other has it as well. They were about 12 weeks old when we got them last spring.  They vomited all the time...

Have you tried spoon feeding, like a baby?  I have to do this with my cat periodically.  It seems she has a difficult time getting some of the food into her mouth.  It's weird.
