    Hi Everyone! :)

Thanks, she is a tiny little thing too... We have been 'watching' her for almost 11 years, she started having breathing and purring issues then. When we got her fixed at 6 years old, the vet thought she was only 6 months old. She weighs like 2 1/2 - 3 pounds... she is really small. I posted...

    Hi Everyone! :)

Thank you very much... it is especially hard with her for me, because I have raised her since the day she was born.... She has been through everything with me.

    Looking for a Birman Breeder....

Actually, I wouldn't mind one that was already spayed. We have been talking anyway, and I think we are looking at one that is maybe 6 months to a year... I would like one litter box trained. Sorry about the dog argument.... I really wasn't trying to get people riled up...

    Looking for a Birman Breeder....

Wow... sorry to create such controversy.... One thing I was going to say, my vet won't fix a cat until at least 4 months old. I have no interest in breeding(fostered enough kittens and pregnant cats that I got my fill) - so spaying would be a definite, but I would prefer to have a cat spayed at...

    Hi Everyone! :)

I forgot to introduce myself on this site.... I am very glad to be here, and meet others who love their kitties as much as I love my old girl... I only have one cat right now, her name is Tiocy(pronounced Tee Oh See) She is almost 17. We thought we were going to have to put her to sleep this...

    Looking for a Birman Breeder....

P3 -  My chows would accept another cat if I brought one home right now. They have been around so many animals coming and going in my house. I did foster care for about 5 years(chow rescue and also local humane society). I am always aware of chows and cat issues, but I try to nip it from day...

    Looking for a Birman Breeder....

Thank you :) ... We actually currently have two chows and I have worked with Chow Rescue for years. We are not getting our chow pup until after these chows are gone(they are both 7 this year and both have such severe HD that they will probably only be able to make it another year or so... if we...

    Looking for a Birman Breeder....

Oh, we are not picky about where in the country the breeder is located. We like to travel. I am on a waiting list for a chow when my two older chows are gone and whenever that pup gets born, we are going to NC for it.... We don't mind driving to pick up a Birman. I am not looking for one yet...

    Looking for a Birman Breeder....

Thanks, I haven't seen any local cat shows(eastern WA) around here, and I have looked on the CFA website.... I will check out the one you gave me. I am just having alot of trouble finding one. I would love to find a somewhat close one, but we are the type who will travel and pick one up too. I...

    Looking for a Birman Breeder....

Trying to find a Birman Breeder..... We are wanting to get on a waiting list for one. Our current cat is almost 17 and is getting to where we are watching her day by day. I know we will not want another cat immediately, but I know I will want one. So, I am trying to get in touch with a breeder...
