Sorry, I posted the above before I saw your reply. She is running around and is agile. She doesn't have arthritis - the vet got it wrong. How can a cat collapse after a big poo and not be able to walk and the vet thinks its arthritis!! She isn't being put to sleep yet. Last bloods were 6 months...

Also,  I can take her to her dirt tray and squeeze her lower tummy and all the poo comes out.
