how much does your vet charge for a cleaning? We just went to the vet today and she noted that he had some plaque “for his age” which I hadn’t noticed.
I have had 10 cats in my life (mom is definition of crazy cat lady), Kiyan is my first orange cat. I have never had a white cat.
I've never cared much about colors, I do like the idea of getting black cats because they're apparently the hardest to find homes for. Seems like it would be kind of...
He likes to watch the toilet flush. Its kind of gross but anytime either of us are peeing, he pushes open the door and waits for us to be done so he can stand up and observe the swirling water. Every time. I have to block the door so he doesn't come in while I'm going #2. That's a line I'm not...
We got https://cdn3.volusion.com/devfd.zdvnj/v/vspfiles/photos/nw23-2.jpg?v-cache=1471420079 one of these for my boy. Sometimes he tries sticking his hands in the toilet and tries to drink bathwater but seems content with this.
we switched him to weruva and now we’re planning another switch to get away from fish. Meanwhile I just spent about 40$ On this canned food on the boy 🙃 hoping petco will let me go in and exchange without a receipt. We haven’t seen the dry patches of skin yet but he just finished his last round...
My cat developed allergies and the vet told us to switch to a limited ingredient food without poultry, so we found weruva. He hasn’t shown any allergy symptoms yet on this diet but it’s still too soon to tell at this point. My question is about the calorie content of his food. This is 61kcal per...
sorry in advance for formatting, I’m on mobile.
So basically when we got my boy he was eating kitten chow (protein - chicken) and nothing else. At this point he was having no allergy issues. We wanted to spoil him so we did some research and settled on a limited ingredient, “high end” brand and...
Yo
you should know that most deli meats are seasoned with onion and garlic powder which is not good for cats and dogs. I actually learned this because I have IBS and was doing searches for trigger foods...im not saying it’s going to kill them but still, just an FYI
At petco they have freeze dried sprat (a small bait fish) - I found it in the dog section but thought what the hell. They smell disgusting but my boy loved them. He really likes the freeze dried turkey tendons also (similar texture to rawhide but not actual rawhide). We got them to keep him busy...
Maybe chop the food up a bit for her? I guess that only applies if it’s pate. I had a cat that would take individual pieces of dry food and put them in her water bowl to soak before fishing them out and eating them. Might just be an unfortunate personality quirk.
