I wouldn't let any other cats around the babies until they're a little older. Have you considered getting the other cat fixed? If she's not too far along that might be the best option. Especially since you already have one litter to find homes for. 2 litters will be more time, energy and money...

Kitty did end up having her babies a few days ago. She had 2 thursday and 1 more saturday! I've been feeding her kitten food but now I'm giving her canned food too just to make sure she's getting enough.

Be careful. My cat was having hers and I stayed with her watching her the whole time. Then she stopped her labor for over 24 hours. I don't know if that's why but it could be.
