My kitteh, who is just about a year old, LOVED being held/pet/cuddled when she was a tot (I've had her since birth). Now? She can't stand to be touched/pet/held/etc. She growls and hisses and has a fit. Of course I have to aggravate her a little. ;)  Yet, she will curl up next to me on the couch...
