My kittens are finally starting to open their eyes and some of the kittens have yellow "gunk" on their eyes. is this normal?

I have 9 kittens and they are just starting to open their eyes... i have noticed that some of them have yellow "stuff" on their eyes. the eyes with the yellow stuff arent open, can anyone help me find out what this is or what to do? thanks

do you think the kittens will suffocate? because it is a small box

I have 2 outside cats... one had a litter of kittens in the box i made for it outside, the next day i look in and my other cat has had her kittens in the same box! should i move the kittens or let them stay??? please reply
