Thank you for your note. I wrote the first messages with a bit of anger. While I know drugs are not designed to kill, and are not really poison, my biggest point of contention is that VETS may be offering this drug without explaining the terminal short term / long term side effects...
Also know that Jack had no prior health issues at 5. He had a tooth pulled because the vet recommended it. That's it. Finally, I believe, oral antibiotics were also an option. I knew none of this when going to the vet. ASK QUESTIONS!
