Hard to tell for sure from the video. You'll definitely know it's aggression if there is hissing, , growling, and/or cries of pain (I can't get the sound to play) . My suggestion is to try to tire the kitten out a little more with an interactive toy - laser pointer, feather on a stick, etc...

Small town home - 1200 square feet and a full basement, two bedrooms. Litter boxes on all three levels. Plenty of space for six indoor cats, but not always enough space for the humans in their own beds. Cats sure do like to stretch out, and they never sleep in their cat beds at night.
