When I adopted my new kittens, one had CH (or some other disorder, the vet thinks its CH) and I came across this group on yahoo: http://pets.groups.yahoo.com/group/chkittyclub/ They occasionally put notices out of CH cats up for adoption (many of which are on petfinder too).

You can order it from Amazon, I think it comes to something like $310 shipped. So not this $400 stuff. Still expensive, but it does work well. Not only is it easy and covenient, but it should help save litter. You pay for it upfront, but you can save money and time in the long-run.

The two kittens I just adopted had a torti for a mom that looked very similar. The five kittens (who were all boys) were: one all black, one all grey, one all buff, and two orange tabbies, one swirled and one striped. A nice mixture.

I would think the poop would get knocked off due to the weight of the litter and such. Unless its on there like glue. But who poops glue?

Ideally with a litter robot, the cat enters the front and turns around, which means that no matter where it goes, it's at least going inside the globe. And if its on the walls, that's okay as litter robot rotates so all walls get covered in litter at some point to pick up the "mess". Now...
