nothing there just close like hes sleeping but when I picked him up to feed her kmr it dosent open eyes like the other one does

I don't have a scale trying give them and there taking 100cc every hr maybe little more some times 

there both taking the kmr and one actually starting eat soft can food. the one that had his eyes open but now wont open what I'm more concern about. what might be going on possibility of it dieing
