It is possible she is doing it when we are not around, but she is starting to stink a little, so my guess would be no. I have seen her clean herself a little, but not very much at all, like I am used to seeing cats do.

Well, just to be safe I'll check with out vet. Maybe, but the SPCA she came from really seems to know what they are doing.

Thank you everyone for your suggestions. She did finally start eating well after a few days. She likes Fancy Feast grill chicken and turkey best. She is very particular, she won't eat the Fancy Feast classic, or any other flavors. That is fine with me as long as she eats.

We check with the SPCA already, they uses all different types of food, whatever is donated. So she may have been eating many different foods before we brought her home. I'll try warming it and mixing it with water to see if that helps. Thanks for the suggestion.
