Kitten sick for over 2 weeks, no definitive answers from vets

V C & B complex very good for immune system. Keep her stress levels down as this makes the mutation duplicate faster. Do research on Omega interferon it's a new treatment starting to get traction and great results for the dry form but you can't wait till she's too sick. I hope you can save her...

First time Rescuing ....and we think shes a barn cat HELP!

I have several rescue cats and one started I'd just like your birdie. Six years later she is still a little skittish but she has adopted me as her mommy. She trusts me and no one else. I worked long and hard to build her trust. Started slowly with cookies and pats then progressed to full body...

    My Olive baby

Thank you for sending your heartfelt message. We share sudden losses and sounds like both our girls were perfect companions for us. Olive was quirky, sweet, gentle, curious and she loved feeding time. Today was a little better but I had a hard time this morning when the clock struck the time we...

Feel guilty that i should have waited bit longer before euthanising my bella.

You're welcome, is comforting knowing we are not alone in this grief. It's special because they were special to us. I've awoken to day one without her, it's painful, raw and i'm exhausted. Today is going to be a quiet day for me and the five brothers and sisters she left behind. We will adjust...

I am literally just putting one foot in front of the other and allowing the feelings to come, wash over me and grieve the loss of my Olive girl. I know in my heart it will be OK, so in the mean time we just let time do the healing and...

Kitten sick for over 2 weeks, no definitive answers from vets

Google information on FIP, there are some great researches going on and they are getting closer to having better treatments. Seems like there are more treatment options for dry FIP then wet.

    My Olive baby

Thank you, its heartbreaking but when we become pet owners we take on that responsibility to help usher them out. Doesn't make it any easier.

Kitten sick for over 2 weeks, no definitive answers from vets

She's a beautiful baby. Please have your vet x-ray her. I just lost a cat to FIP, it's fatal. The x-ray will show fluid in the tummy area, My Olive had wet FIP not dry so she went down hill within 6-8weeks. Prepare yourselves, read about FIP. Is her belly swollen? Vets for some reason don't...
