Yep, my 13-yr. old suffered from some sort of contact allergy that would give him little scabs on the bottom of his chin. We stopped using plastic feeding dishes, switched to ceramic and the problem pretty much resolved itself. Sounds like it's either acne or a contact allergy. Lisa
