I have three kittens that turned 7 weeks this past Sunday. At what point can they go to different homes? Also, should I take any steps in the meantime to make the transition for the kittens and the mommy easier, such as trying to separate them for certain periods of the day? Thanks!

My concern with bringing her in the house is that she may be carrying diseases/worms/fleas etc. Should I take her to the vet first and will they treat her for these things even though she is pregnant?
