Yep! that's exactly it!! Kumal's just a teeny kitten. So, the cackle was high pitched, but still in his baby voice. I couldn't have mistaken it for a person, but would have if he was older & his voice was deeper. I think your interpretation is correct, that it was to get attention, because...
Recently, my kitten developed two new meows. One is a trill at the back of his throat. He often makes it with his mouth closed. The second is kind of a cackle, like "ah-ah-ah-ah-ah," and his little mouth moves really fast when he does it.
I've been pretty good so far at interpreting his...
Kumal loves the little springy toys, crumpled paper and a wand with a feather at the end of it. He used to love the plastic circle with the ball inside, but he hasn't touched it in a few days.
he's 9wks. he had the bad dream while DH was holding him. also, we've both been home all day over the last two days. i hope hes not missing his kitty mommy. that makes me too sad to think about where can I buy a good snugglepet? (online pref.)
is this normal? my kitten sometimes cries in his sleep or lets out loud meows, like he's scared. has anyone else experienced their cats having nightmares? i feel so bad for him (but think its adorable, at the same time).
*sigh* I guess, its out of my hands if he hacks into confidential FBI files.
I need to get DH in the habit of using the upstairs desktop, instead. Any good sites on how to train husbands?
Is there any way to keep my kitten from jumping on the laptop any time its open? This is probably an impossible question. I'm sure he is excited by moving fingers. DH flipped out today when Kumal deleted some important files. If Kumal was human, he would be a brilliant hacker or computer...
thanks, hissy! i did try this, & i think its helping to drain some of the mucous + loosen his eye boogers. (sorry to be gross.) he's not crazy about it, but he's letting me do it because he realizes its helping him.
Help! I'm afraid there's something really wrong with my baby. He was winking a lot earlier this evening. Now, its 1 am & his eye is significantly swollen, he can't close it all the way, and he's pawing at it. I'll be rushing him to the vet first thing, but i'm scared it'll get even worse...
I have a sweet, 7 week old kitten. He is playful and curious about everything. In his quest to become familiar with his new home, he occasionally chews wires, such as to the computer, TV, lamps. How do I control this, so he doesn't do it when I'm not around to stop him?
