It was not worms,PIV,AIDS,heart worms BUT It could be an abdominal injury

She drinks only when she needs to and only goes to the litter box when I pick her up and place her I front of it, we've given her deworming medicine and she will be token to the vet tomorrow I really need answers but I'm afraid she's already to far gone...

She's only 2-3 months old and has a huge belly but not muscle mass she's literally a walking skeleton she also is only eating when needs to and is very slow now please help save my kitten
