I'm not an expert but they look at least part Siamese. Beautiful kitties! Their temperments might also give you a hint regarding breed background. (Most cats don't have any purebred ancestry, but yours look like they might actually, at least to my newbie eye.)

No, that's a broken mackerel tabby domestic short hair kitten. He/she looks alot like our kitten, who also has some spots on his belly. Very cute!

The back of her ear is definitely on the reddish side, and the hair on her hindquarters and chest is reddish cream. Oh, aside from a blue kitten and a red kitten she also has a blue brother. (There were a lot of cats in her previous home, not spayed or neutered obv.) Here's another blurry photo...
