So the vet nade a diagnosis!! She has extremely high blood pressure which caused the blindness and retinal degeneration. He put her on medication to try to lower her blood pressure and said that there was a very low chance of regaining sight.

One thing that confuses me is when the blinds are open and the sun is shining, her eyes clear up and go down. I thought that if a cat was blind their eyes wouldn't respond to light?
