    Cat on a lesh!

That doesn't work for her--she very finicky about her spaces. For instance, she loves to claw the two-level kitty condo and to sit on top of it, but she won't go inside it--unless it's a blanket, and then only certain blankets in certain places, she doesn't like small enclosed spaces. She was...

Oh, yeah. Pandora's original owner named her Punk Ass, which I gathered she earned. She ate one of my student papers once when I got up to make a new cup of tea. Not so much ate it as held it down with her paws and tore it up with her teeth. Try going back to a student and explaining that...

    Cat Milk

We tried that Whiskas cat milk after I caught Pandora licking my breakfast spoon once. She wouldn't touch the cat milk. It is very unappetizing to look at and smell--I'm sure that part was more important to me than to her, but she just wasn't interested. Pieces, Joanne

I sometimes wonder to what extent the "attitude" has to do with the coloring and to what degree it has to do with the sex, since almost all tri-colors are female (except for the rare XXY boy). Often the things that I hear people blame on tri-colors are the same things that I hear others blame...

    Cat on a lesh!

Pandora hates the harness--she does the same thing, crawling on her belly like a comando, then hides under the nearest shrub. She was two already when I got her, so it's possible she'd have done better as a kitten. She gets so anxious about being in the yard, though, that it isn't worth the...

    Static Electricity in my kitties!!!

Our apartment is carpeted in every room, and Pandora also likes to lay on fleece blankets, so she tends to build up static from time to time. To cut static, I use a metal flea comb designed for dogs to groom her, and if that doesn't work alone, I get just a little water on the comb. We tried a...

HELP ! Keeping Kitten off Table and counters for health reasons

I have to agree on the spray bottle--as long as you're not getting it in their eyes, it doesn't hurt, but my cat hates getting sprayed and knows that she's doing something wrong. We hardly ever have to use it to establish boundaries anymore, but occassionally we'll have to break it out again...

    Anyone else expierenced this?

I know this is an old thread, but I am so relieved to hear that other people have bleach-huffing cats. Whenever we use Tilex on the mildew in the bathroom, we have to close both doors that lead to the bathroom and blockade the bottom of the outside one so Pandora won't lie there with her nose...
