My senior female cat has been showing signs of ear infection. She's always had trouble with her ears (possibly from such a traumatic experience as a kitten before we adopted her), but lately she has been showing much more of the following:
• ear discomfort
• holding her head sideways...
Huh... Well, I can't figure out where the rules are or how to reach any mods.
And I wouldn't want to waste their time with a petty question while others are asking legitimate questions.

Your kitty looks to be a domestic shorthair, or a moggie. But his color/pattern is known as a black tabby harlequin. That is, he's got more white on his body than color. And because his stripes are black, he is a black tabby. ^^
He and his white ear is adorable!
She is still considered a torbie-and-white, because while she has a white underbelly, she is not necessarily primarily white. c:
Additionally, a calico's color patches are usually more separated from one another. They don't exactly appear to blend into one another, like a tortoiseshell's does...
