WE JUST GOT THE RUNAROUND AS WELL. We ordered the 2-for-1 deal and they charged me over 70 bucks. We have been hassled by their "customer service" all morning, and got hung UP on. Unfortunately for them, I happen to be a Web journalist, and will be writing a VERY bad review of their company...

If you really want to know what is going on with the PC, install a keylogger. They are relatively cheap, and if someone on the computer is doing questionable things or going to questionable sites, you'll know at the end of the day! Try Googling keyloggers, see which one is right for you.
