Yes he has been to a vet had a full work up and he is a very healthy 20 pound 3 year old neutered boy. He has been aggressive since he was little. 

Its nice to know Im not alone in this nightmare. I just wish I could find a solution that worked. My cat Lucky is just like that. He is a 3 year old Norwegian forest cat/Siamese mix who i have raised since he was less than 6 weeks old and had to be bottle fed. He was so tiny i carried him home...
