Thank you, @abyeb, what about taking dry and wetting it to canned food consistency? The dry doesn't seem to have those ingredients.

Yup, wants to be outside. Same with the toys and had avet check up. Never played, even when he was a stray. BUT, he catches and eats bugs in the house, and quite good at it. Won't be bothered by flies this year. LOL

He went nutz over a thick rubber band. The other went nutz of a 1" rubber band ball. I have to monitor the 2nd as he's a pica. He won't eat a plain rubber band, but will chomp on the ball. Cats can be weird.
