Well I was totally wrong.  Gave her a can of Fancy Feast Classic and she gobbled it down without rationing and proceeded to run around the house being wild .  I guess she was getting tired of the Honest Kitchen.  The 1/4 cup serving is pretty big too so I could try cutting down on it.
