nope just a simple small collar from target with a little bell. Im not sure how a collar like that would do that to his neck. but i did see a lot of forums where cats necks got to this point from flea collars.

not sure if you would know this but how much do you think this will cost?

HELP! We put a collar on my kitten 2 days ago and it wasnt tight at all! We woke up this morning to his neck sore and missing hair picture it attached. Is this something that we can keep clean at home and it will heal or should we take him to the vet in the morning...
