No real pattern. Just ... on the floor. It appears that it is related to the clean smells, because she hasn't done anything like this in two days. I guess it must have just covered up the scents to which she is used. I'll monitor it, though. 

WOW! Thank you; I did not know that. Good lord. Out into the trash went that. I am beginning to think that the collection of new smells from the cleaners were too much for her nostrils. Perhaps she was trying to re-mark her territory? Has anyone heard of this happening?  Brian

One thing I should point out is that yesterday I cleaned the house from top to bottom, and thus the "clean" smells are strong. Is it possible that these Arm and Hammer and Pine-Sol smells are too much for cats?
