Urgent. Need help!!! My 6week old kitten, who i just took in has begin semi solid black poo since this morning, he has done it like 3 times today. He has been active the whole day. Very playful like usual. Eating okay as well.
do i need to take him to vet asap? Or i can see for another day or...
