Haven't let her out for 2 months. I am feeding her a generic off brand cat food that claims to have "Delicious Chicken and Tuna"

I dont quite know, she was a stray. I didn't pick her up when she was pregnant, as this was 4 months ago. We let her out one to many times.

I assumed she was pregnant because her nipples are rock hard, and her stomach is disproportionately saggy.

If so, how long until I have kittens to care for? First 2 photos look like they where taken with a potato, Its hard to keep a cat still. The last one has a full photo of her stomach.
