    Toilet Training my Kittens

I've just read your last month's thread and just have to say keep it up. Don't give up. It's worth it. I started back in Feb or March. The CitiKitty directions said 4 weeks, but I think it took me 3.5 months. I went really slow. In a way, I was lucky that my female cat Shucks and male...

    Cats and pregnant human?

Any insight on pregnant women sharing the same toilet with toilet-trained cats? My cats are getting toilet-trained right now.

Potty Training Your Kitty...Does It Really Work???

I'm using CitiKitty for almost a week now. There's been no accidents so far. I'll be cutting the first hole on Friday. I'm hoping that they'll be trained in 5 weeks. I can't wait until I leave town and have to ask my sister to stop by to FLUSH the toilet while I'm gone. I'm kinda looking...

    How cold is too cold?

I forgot to mention that I have a bad draft coming through the bottom of the front door. My feet get cold when I sit at the chair over there, but Boscoe just lays down on the cold plastic runner mat where he surely is getting some cold breeze. That's why I have been thinking of cranking down...

    How cold is too cold?

With the surge in natural gas prices, my heating bill is outrageous. I'd like to lower my house temperature while I'm away at work. Right now, my house temperature is set to 65 when I leave, but I'd like to lower that to 60. Would the kids do all right at 60 degrees?

    Dry Food on the Floor

My cats don't eat everything in one sitting, so they snack on the food all day. They make a mess like yours but it doesn't stay like that the next time they snack. One of mine seems to eats the loose food off the floor before he continues with the bowl food.

    Indoor cats and the outdoors

Looks like they combined my duplicate threads. So now we have 2 subjects going on. Thanks for the replies! I'll do my best to make sure they do not flee from the house.

    Indoor cats and the outdoors

They haven't the desire to go outside, I guess I'm worried about hypotheticals and prevention. My concerns came about because I have a room off limits because of some plants that I need to get rid of. One of my cats made huge efforts to make it into that room. He made it in eventually as I...

    Indoor cats and the outdoors

I just adopted two 10-month old cats. Both have been declawed and fixed. They are almost all settled in and comfortable. But I'm still worried that one day one of them will dash out the door as I leave or enter the house. What happens to most indoor cats that run outside? Do they keep going...

    Indoor cats and the outdoors

Okay I'm a rookie. I guess I submitted the same thing twice. But instead of wasting a post. Should there be a light near the litter box at night? It's in the basement.
