I work out 3-4 times a week. I love yoga but I need to lose weight so I do cardio for 45 minutes then weight training and sometimes a yoga class. I just started doing something called hot power vinyasa. You really sweat but I do think it's a cardio workout.

What about giving him some Pepcid. My Siamese mix stopped eating due to a reaction from an antibodic. My vet told me to give her 1/4 tablet of otc Pepcid to calm her stomach.

She is mostly eating Proplan Salmon & rice wet food. And Purina One as a bedtime treat. She is a fussy eater. I've tried Merrick, Chicken Soup etc. I'll try the Feliway and RR. I think I get them on the way home tonight. Poor baby-she just doesnt like her little brother.
