    Digestive Issues & Heartburn

UPDATE: Thanks BLAISE so much for all the info on stomach acid!! I also read that he might need a higher bowl which I just set up. I went out and bought him a new bag of food and he went straight for it and ate! The downside is that he puked some of it up about 20mins after so I'm hoping that...

    Digestive Issues & Heartburn

I've taken him to the vet many times as he's had this problem in the past and he is healthy as can be. It seems to be that he has anxiety issues (we did adopt him from the animal shelter but he was pretty young). His dad, whom he loves a lot lol, has been away on business for just about 3 weeks...

    Poopy butt strikes again!

Hello, I have an 8 year old Manx and she never had poop problems until the last 2 years which can happen as they get older but since yours has such a short tail that may be why she's experiencing this now. I've been getting this special canned formula from my vet (MediCal's...

    Digestive Issues & Heartburn

Hello, My 3 year old male has also been extremely picky when it comes to food. He only eats his Science Diet formula for sensitive stomachs, water and that's it. The ONLY treat he'll eat is Parmesan cheese if I let him which isn't very often. Anyways, every so often he gets into this puking...

Cat jumping on counters and drinking out of our water glasses at night!

Ya, he has been getting more bored lately.. he has tons of toys and a big cat tree plus a few smaller little houses and scratch posts around the house. But he's getting older I guess since he doesn't amuse himself as much anymore and comes to get us to play with him. My older kitty doesn't like...

Cat jumping on counters and drinking out of our water glasses at night!

I tried it last night and I had the foil crumpled a bit so it doesn't seem like he bothered to jump up there and we didn't hear anything all night (our bedroom is close to the kitchen). I'll keep it up there for a few more nights but we'll see if it works or not once I leave them off one night...

Cat jumping on counters and drinking out of our water glasses at night!

Well, he is an extremely picky eater with a sensitive stomach so I have only ever seen him eat his special food and that's it. He will not eat wet food, treats, human food, milk.. nothing so I am assuming he is looking for water in the cups or just exploring. We have woken up a couple times now...

Cat jumping on counters and drinking out of our water glasses at night!

Ya, Psych really has is own personality and does things his own way but I was hoping to get him to stop since it really is annoying seeing dirty kitty print all over the counter each morning lol. I heard that cats don't like it if you spread tin foil on the counter? Anyone try this?

Cat jumping on counters and drinking out of our water glasses at night!

Hello, I have a male cat (named Psych which suits him well!) about 2.5 years old. He has this nasty habit of jumping on the counters at night as soon as he thinks we're asleep. He will also go around the house sticking his head in all of our cups and especially my bed side water glass to drink...
