Thanks for the advice seems its normal then:) and my vets do not neuter until they are 2kg so that surgery is safe for them so I shall be following their advice, thanks.
Hi just wondering what everyone thinks of kittens still suckling at 12 weeks? We are keeping both of our only two kittens and at 12 weeks they are still suckling to the mother cat. Is this just for comfort? (she doesn't have much milk). Should we just let them suckle until mother cat eventually...
So I thought i would post some pics of the kittens Niesha had...they are 2 weeks old now and doing well :-D
She seems to keep moving them every few days into a new nest...i have made some all over. Is it normal for her to move them this often?

Im sure she will go into labour soon if she is refusing to leave the nest. Haha I did wonder what I would think when they came out as I have never given birth or seen a birth but it was such an amazing moment that I didn't even think about it!

Ok so she has had 2 kittens, both pure white :) i think one is a boy not sure of the other yet. I had to give her a hand with the second as she didn't realise it came out, gave him a rub and he is fine.

Discharge was just a tiny jelly like thing around the opening. She was acting completely normal until about 4 hrs ago and now I can say we are definately in labour...her waters broke at 5.45pm and she is now having contractions regularly
She is not letting me out of her site and is in her nest...
