Will it be something I can pick up at a pet store? Money is a bit tight atm to go and bring her to my vet.

No she hasn't had flea treatment,

I've talked to a vet and they have seen pictures and they said it's not ringworm, they said it's probably just a scratch but it doesn't look like a scratch

I recently noticed that my 8 month old female has what looks like either a cut or a rug burn on the back of her neck. I noticed it about 3 or 4 days ago and i have been cleaning it and keeping an eye on it, but I can't quite figure out how she got it, it is a full circle and the fur around it...

Oh no you did not annoy me, I was just saying that so you know I'm not one of those people who get opposite sex cats without getting at least one fixed and has many litters and they all end up outside or in a shelter, I hate people that do that, it's just so cruel.

To Stewball: I am planning on getting them both spayed, and i know they are to young which is why I got two females and they do not go outside. I am very particular about them not having kittens as there are already so many out there without homes. I would not feel right adding more to that...

I have two sister kittens going on 8 months old. One of them is doing great, started going in heat, lost a few baby teeth, and is understanding of litter boxes and so on. Her sister however, is still confused about using the litter box, has not lost any baby teeth, and her whiskers keep falling...
