OK....a cat owner with a dog issue?? Anyone have a dog, too?

Wow good for you. We have 2 cats and got our dog Rosie from a rescue centre just last November. We were fortunate that they fed her dry mix so we were able to continue with that straight away. She is the same though for toilets - only really goes for a wee 2-3 times and 1 or 2 poos a day...

    Butzie's not just supervising now

My mum's cat does that, she will supervise her in the bath, then proceed to try and lick dry her hair for her after she has washed it! She did get a bit enthusiastic once though, and fell in the bath! She will also ONLY go to sleep in the crook of my mum's arm, and will pat her face until my mum...

    We have a problem

They have done it 2 times in the last week but not at all before that since going outside themselves. The first time, we were seeing if they could cope with the dog having her crate door open in the night as they were doing so well with having her around. As we found out, they were not ready...

    We have a problem

There is also a stair gate so they can get away from her if they want to, and so they can eat in peace. We still have the cat litter so can try again with it indoors. Will keep using the soil so it will be easier to work them into being outside again. Or maybe leave the covered tray outside so...

OMG! It's a REAL Gnome sighting!

I have one or two gnomes myself, but it wasn't me terrorising that place as they are only low levels and certainly don't walk sideways wearing a pointy hat! I suggest you check Finzal's passport!!!

My Sisters Rat has a Lump

How did it go with the lump? I had a female with a lump last year and they removed it pretty easily from just below her front leg. It went well, and she recovered fully. I have also had a male castrated, as he was being bullied and we decided to place him with the girls who would look after him...

    Beagle needs a home(AND fast)

What a shame we are not closer, we love Beagles and would be happy to rehome one. I really hope he finds someone to take care of him. Such a handsome little guy.

    Upcoming thriller/horror about clowns?

My other half has a complete phobia about clowns, had a bad experience with one that was wielding a chainsaw I believe he said, was in some hallowe'en thing, and my other half actually passed out cold! He was about 16-17 and just can't bear them now, even the jolly kiddy ones. If there is a film...

Lack of skills + lack of social etiquette + little bit of power = timebomb I hope you find a good position somewhere where they appreciate you and value your ability to maintain a good relationship with your clients oh and that you can do your job properly unlike your boss!

Introducing Mason to the Cat Lounge!

Oh what a beautiful little boy! So handsome and happy! It has been a long time since I was surrounded by little boy things. Now it is all little girl things! (You probably sussed it now but in photobucket the new resized copies have a -1 after the original title. I have only just started using...

    hello

Thanks so much for such a lovely warm reception, and for the little gifts in my pm box. I am a member of forums for my other pets, I don't know why I didn't come looking for a cat one sooner! Hope to get to know you all, and look forward to reading up on the recent threads and see what is...

    hello

Hi I'm Michelle, here are my two boys, Mister and Banana. They are about 6 years old now but have had them since they were about 8 weeks. Mister is the one with the "center parting" and the small smudge under his nose. The big cat tower got thrown away much to their disgust, and although they...
