We are butchering a handful of pigs in a few weeks and I was wondering if there was anything I could give my cat as a treat? Like cooked liver or something. Is it safe? What organs are harmful for cats?

I do walk her on a leash outside but she still tries to jump off the balcony, and the problem is leaving her alone with the door open. The fencing on the balcony is kinda a grey area because we arnt allowed to tie or fix anything remotely permanent to the balcony according to our lease...
