    calcium or MCHA

    I have Alnutrin for meat & bone it has no calcium in it & I am going to grind a batch of meat and am woundering how much calcium or MCHA to use per pound of meat with the Alnutrin. Also would it be better to use MCHA, eggshell calcium, or calcium tartate ? Any help is appreciated.            ...
