Yeah, I separate the yolk from the white and only feed one in a single sitting. And I would never do cooked. I've always just heard twice a week, but I'm wondering if there is anything in the yolk that would be harmful if fed more often like every other day or something. Same with bugs.

It's delicious! I can't go a morning without it because of the energy and mental clarity it gives me. It's not exactly coconut oil -- MCT oil to be exact, but it's essentially extremely concentrated coconut oil that doesn't impart any flavor.

It's when you brew coffee and toss a big hunk of butter and some very concentrated coconut oil (no coconut taste) into a blender and mix until it's all emulsified and creamy like a latte. :)
