just hold on . keep him wrapped up and alert try not to move around him or his intestines. try to put something warm maybe near him it will help w. pain i really hope he will make it. im here if you need anything 

My cat was like this once too. What i did was i would play with her right before we would go to sleep like with a string or feather whatever interest her/him the most. I also would give her some milk and for some reason that really sets the sleepy mood. good luck and hope this helps!! xo.

keep feeding and keep him wrapped up as soon as you can get him to the vet . the sooner the better. 

i tried to do as much research before i responded. well the best advice i have is to moisten the intestines it will help the pain . It is possible for him to survive this just focus on keeping him alive and breathing. cover him up so nothing will infect it of get on it. your doing great.
