I was wondering since this is my first kitten what exactly could be in the infected part of her belly. What could be in the bump? 

So my female cat got spayed last Sunday and I was looking at the incision site and saw it could be infected. It looks like a bump is there and it is kind of red. It isn't warm to touch. I am scared it make be an infection so can anyone help me determine whether or not it is.
